For all who wish to find out more about the Yoga Theraphy & Training Course, please book a space on the (donation based) YTTC introduction evening on the 31 of August at 8pm. All donations are for the West – Cork welfare animal shelter.
We have currently two YTTC level one and one YTTC level two running in Cork, the next Yoga teacher training course is starting in Cork City in September 2010. Learn to teach, teach to learn, yoga is not a practice yoga is a form of living.
For all who are interested in becoming a Yoga Teacher or simple for people who would like to deepen the awareness or knowledge on the subject.
We will cover:
Asana ~ posture work based on syllabus
Pranayama ~breathing techniques
Yoga Nidra ~ relaxation techniques
and time for overlooking the teaching modules and for questions and answers.
