Community Vinyasa Yoga class

In this class Sarah will draw upon a variety of yoga traditions with an emphasis upon the Astanga and Shadows schools. The asanas (postures) will be taught and practice individually before coming together to create vinyasa (a series of flowing movements). In order to create Sthira (strength) and sukham (flexibility/ ease) these asanas will be combined with pranayama (breathing techniques) and bandhas (inner locks). Further, pranayama (breathing) and relaxation techniques will be taught at the beginning and end of the class to facilitate calm and focus.
