Vinyasa yoga is  a vigorous, flowing yoga practice that consists of a series of linked postures. Much of the teaching is done through hands-on adjustment of the body. This is an energetic form of yoga in which you will move dynamically and sweat.

Kathryn Moynihan  discovered yoga seven years practicing in Ashtanga first and then moving eventually to a Vinyasa style yoga practice. Having had to deal with neck & back problems from a graphic design job, she instantly fell in love with the therapeutic results of the dynamic practice but also the solid grounding foundation it gave her spiritually. She finished her training last year with the vinyasa flow training course set up by David Curtis Kathryn will be going onto assist Dave in the Cork Yoga Teacher training course that will be held in March 2008. Having found a solid foundation in her yoga practice, she has gone on to do various workshops in Ireland including; Nancy gilgoff workshop; planning to take a somatic course (Hanna Somatic Education & somatic yoga) in late autumn of 2008, hoping to visit India to practice some more in 2008/2009. Kathryns love for yoga also extends to creating a happy & safe environment for students to practice and to be challenged. Kathryn approaches her yoga classes in a lighthearted but focused manner, steering her students toward a focused, dedicated and balanced experience to assist them in gaining clarity and peace of mind.
